Our customer approached Domestic Air as they were looking for a discreet and effective air conditioning solution to provide year-round comfort across the four bedrooms on the first floor of their home.
A key requirement was having independent control in each bedroom, allowing every room to be switched on or off and set to its own desired temperature. They also wanted to avoid multiple wall-mounted units, keeping the finished installation as subtle and unobtrusive as possible.
Our aim was to provide a clean, efficient solution that delivered personalised comfort to each bedroom while blending seamlessly into the existing home.

How We Delivered
To achieve independent temperature control across the bedrooms, we proposed a 5.0kW ducted air conditioning system combined with Daikin Easyzone technology.
The Easyzone system uses a specially designed plenum connected directly to the ducted indoor unit, allowing conditioned air to be distributed discreetly to multiple rooms through concealed ductwork.
Each room is fitted with its own thermostat and controlled by an individual motorised damper. This automatically adjusts the airflow to each bedroom depending on the temperature selected, allowing every room to be controlled independently.
The result is a discreet, efficient solution that provides personalised comfort in each bedroom, without the need for individual wall-mounted air conditioning units.
