Customer Requirement – Provide heating and cooling to the serviced office space with individual room control, WIFI adaptability, Air filtration, whilst reducing energy consumption during for heating and cooling purposes. The customer required a sleek looking indoor solution to suit the aesthetic set out within the building

How We Delivered
We installed 2 exposed ducted systems in the loft area in keeping with the industrial aesthetic seen throughout the building.
The office rooms we’re provided with wall mounted Toshiba Hoari units, the fabric coated units against the redbrick background of the walls met with the internal designers requirements.
The meeting rooms downstairs were provided with vertically mounted ducted units connected to a VRV system with WIFI adapters, the hidden units serve the matte black grills seen within the cabinets.
The outdoor units were powder coated matte black to suit the black aesthetic seen throughout the site.
Pipework internally and externally was encased in trunking or exposed galvanized cable tray in keeping the with feel of the building

The unit runs at 19Db which is just below the noise level of a wrist watch ticking.
Pollen and Ionising Filter
The unit comes with a pollen and ionising filter getting rid of allergens and odors in the air providing great environment to work in.
Efficiency
The unit is A+++ rated and provides nearly 4 times the efficiency when compared to an electrical heater running costs for a 2.5kw can be as low as 7p per hour (2024 energy data)
